You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the business, and be able to work independently and in teams. A big plus if you have experience working on animations and if you are skilled at managing projects and dealing with clients. While you are your own art director here at Mir, nothing leaves the office without being seen and commented on by your colleagues. You have to be open to critique and see it as an opportunity to grow.
